BabyCakes®opened in Kansas City’s historic River Market in February of 2006, and specializes in gourmet cupcakes of all sizes. BabyCakes also features our very own line of hand made chocolates, Frou Frou Sweets. Our cupcakes are baked fresh daily using only the best ingredients, and we only use real butter in our icings. Delivery: Planning a party, wedding reception or special event? There never seems to be enough time, so place your order with BabyCakes and we’ll deliver cupcakes and chocolates to your home, country club or event space and save you the trip. (Rates vary by zip code)

Gift Certificates: Don’t know which flavors to get? BabyCakes gift certificates are available in any denomination, for edibles or merchandise, and good for one year from the date of purchase.

Pre-Orders: In a hurry, need a large order or want a specific flavor or size? Our regular size cupcakes are available in the shop daily, but our mini and jumbo cupcakes require a three day advance order. We also recommend pre-ordering for more than two dozen cupcakes, or specific flavors or sizes to ensure you get exactly what you want.

Merchandise: We carry an assortment of cupcake and chocolate themed accessories, from ornaments and candles to cake pedestals and domes, t-shirts, greeting cards and cookbooks. BabyCakes also rents hard-to-find tiered pedestals for larger displays at weddings, catered events, showers and birthdays.
